Fostering Vital Neighborhoods is a moderated discussion for community groups, organizations, and individuals working to strengthen and grow their neighborhoods.  This is a great opportunity to meet others doing similar work in Baltimore, and to discuss successes, troubleshoot struggles, and potentially collaborate.
