Getting Board members, staff, and community stakeholders collectively involved in nonprofit fundraising activities can be challenging.

During this workshop participants will:

• Delve into elements of resource development planning and fundraising policies.
• Explore the basics of fundraising and ways to increase staff and Board members comfort promoting and fundraising for your organization.
• Learn strategies, tools, and resources that find, develop, and solicit volunteers and donors.
• Assess organizations’ sources of income and existing fundraising efforts; identify short- and long-term goals that contribute to organizational sustainability.
