Many times, getting board members, staff, and community stakeholders collectively involved in nonprofit fundraising activities can be challenging.

During this workshop participants will:

·       Delve into elements of resource development planning and fundraising policies.

·       Explore the basics of fundraising and ways to increase staff and board members comfort promoting and fundraising for your organization.

·       Learn strategies, tools, and resources that find, develop, and solicit volunteers and donors.

·       Assess organization’s sources of income and existing fundraising efforts; identify short- and long-term goals that contribute to organizational sustainability.

Each participating organization will be invited to schedule a follow-up technical consulting meeting to explore and support your organization’s fundraising strengths and areas of improvement.
