Evaluation can be viewed as the “secret ingredient” to engaging residents, volunteers, and donors. During this workshop participants will:

• Explore program evaluation models that helps your organization communicate its success, challenges, lesson learned and partnerships.
• Assess existing approaches to outcome evaluation and effectiveness of current tools used within your organization.
• Identify ways to highlight your organizations’ work and improve data collection that is simplified within the nonprofits existing practices

Each participating organization will be invited to schedule a follow-up technical consulting meeting to explore and support your organization’s evaluation strengths and areas of improvement.
