During this workshop participants will:

• Explore program evaluation models that help s your organization understand its successes, challenges, lessons learned, and partnerships.
• Assess existing approaches to outcome evaluation and effectiveness of current tools used within your organization.
• Identify ways to highlight your organizations’ work and improve data collection that is simplified within the nonprofits existing practices
