SBGP Keys to Capacity Workshop: Bookkeeping & Finances Part 2 of 2 (virtual)

Part 2 of a two-part series for individuals serving nonprofits that want to better understand their organization’s finances and how implementing best practices can help their organization be even more successful and transformative within their communities. This workshop is led by Baltimore Fiscal Partners.

For Part 2, ideal attendees will be individuals who attended Part 1 and individuals whose nonprofit organizations have established financial systems and want to learn more about implementing best practices and getting their organization ready for potential audits or financial reviews.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore best practices for nonprofit accounting and learn more about the financial policies that organizations should have.
  • Increase their understanding of the use of nonprofit financial statements and grant fund reporting.
  • Identify what is involved in a nonprofit audit or financial review.
