SBGP Keys to Capacity: Creating Strategic Business Partnerships

This virtual workshop is a formal, yet participatory training meant to educate and empower attendees with a roadmap on how to build, manage, and sustain strategic partnerships in the business community. Building strong relationships with key businesses, organizations, and stakeholders is critical to furthering your organization’s mission and impact. Through discussion, data, and case studies, our presenter will share the blueprint for developing dynamic partnerships that result in the recruitment of partners that bring time, leadership, and resources with their commitment. The session will be led by Business Volunteers Maryland, a nonprofit with more than two decades of experience forging strategic partnerships with 50+ of the region’s leading businesses.
