This meeting is open to the public, however, part or all of the meeting may be conducted in a closed session to discuss matters that the Open Meetings Act permits to be discussed in a closed session. This in-person meeting will be held at City Garage, 101 W. Dickman Street, Suite 1000, Baltimore, MD 21230.

In-person meeting attendees are expected to be vaccinated. Masks are welcome but not required. Free parking, ADA accessible bathrooms, first-floor meeting space.
