The SBGP Board of Directors meets at least six times each calendar year. Board meetings are open to the public although parts of Board meetings may be closed.

This meeting will be held in the MedStar Harbor Hospital Baum Auditorium (3001 S. Hanover Street, Baltimore, MD 21225).

The meeting agenda will include a vote to adopt these proposed amendments to the SBGP Bylaws in order to make our bylaws and the state legislation and city ordinance that established SBGP consistent.
