Keys to Capacity Online is a series of free workshops aimed at supporting and building capacity for community-focused organizations in our District and beyond.

Preparing for a Strategic Partnership:
This workshop is for leaders who have identified a need for a partnership and are ready to reach out to potential partners. A common misstep a leader may take when contacting prospective partners is to use a cookie-cutter template email or cold call. Participants will participate in exercises to develop partnership profiles, map pathways for an introduction, and customize the partnership engagement. Leaders who demonstrate preparation, care, and specific asks increase their shift from a partnership to a strategic partnership.
