Keys to Capacity Online is a series of free workshops aimed at supporting and building capacity for community-focused organizations in our District and beyond.

Developing Enduring Strategic Relationships:
It takes months to find a strategic partner and only seconds to lose them. Moving from transactional relationships to transformational relationships requires intentional cultivation. Participants will assess how relationships are currently tracked and collaborate with peers to develop stronger systems for enduring relationships. Through self-reflection, real-world examples, and guided exercises, participants will walk away with ideas, next steps, and peer relationships to enhance the strategic partnership experience.
