Keys to Capacity Online is a series of free workshops aimed at supporting and building capacity for community-focused organizations in our District and beyond.

Aligning Strategic Partnerships Toward Mutual Benefits:
A strategic partnership should not only benefit one group but be mutually valued. This workshop is for leaders who have a target list of potential partners and have evaluated a course of action to have their first conversation with each prospect. Participants will design a discovery process to better understand the needs of a partner through role-playing and plan proposals that demonstrate the value of a strategic partnership. Early warning signs for an ill-fitting partnership will help participants navigate concerns before parties agree to partner.
