- Business Systems Administrator – If you thrive in a role solving operational challenges, improving data quality, and building scalable automation, this position is for you. As Business Systems Administrator you’ll be a key force behind ensuring that our business systems align with and advance SBGP’s core business objectives and keep pace with evolving organizational needs. The Business Systems Administrator will work closely with the Deputy Director for Operations, becoming a trusted partner with SBGP’s Leadership, helping design, configure, operate, and continuously improve SBGP’s core business systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Applications. - Operations Manager – If you thrive in a role where precision, collaboration, and integrity are essential, this position is for you. As Operations Manager, you’ll be a key force behind our smooth and ethical operation, ensuring our administrative, finance, and compliance functions run at a high level every day. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and the Deputy Director of Operations, becoming a trusted partner who helps keep the organization efficient, transparent, and accountable.
