SBGP Nonprofit Boot Camp: Management & Evaluation

Evaluation can be viewed as the ‘secret ingredient’ to engaging residents, volunteers, and donors. During this workshop participants will:

· Explore program evaluation models that help your organization communicate its success, challenges, lessons learned, and partnerships.

· Assess existing approaches to outcome evaluation and effectiveness of current tools used within your organization.

· Identify ways to highlight your organization’s work and improve data collection that is simplified within the nonprofit’s existing practices.

· Each participating organization will be invited to schedule a follow-up technical consulting meeting to explore and support your organization’s evaluation strengths and areas of improvement.
