SUMMARY:SGBP Unconscious Bias & Grant Review Training
DESCRIPTION:The Unconscious Bias and Grant Review Training will explore how unconscious bias may impact grantmaking and the process of reviewing SBGP Community Grant applications. This training is required for all new board members and staff that wish to participate in the review process for Community Grant applications. Program Committee members are allowed to attend to provide additional context to their experience as a reviewer or if wishing to have a refresher course in how to review\, score\, and provide feedback to submitted applications. \nThis meeting is open to the public\, however\, part or all of the meeting may be conducted in a closed session to discuss matters that the Open Meetings Act permits to be discussed in a closed session. \nThis meeting will take place via screen sharing conference call.
