DESCRIPTION:Community Input Meeting – Conway Street Park North Plaza Project (hybrid)\nThe South Baltimore Gateway Partnership is hosting a community workshop on Monday\, April 17\, 6:30 pm\, second floor of Pickles Pub\, to brainstorm ideas for the master plan for the northern section of Conway Park. Read the FAQs about this project here. \nThe design team (EnviroCollab) will present several interactive exercises intended to document high level community goals and aspirations for the plan. We want to hear from you! What do you want to see in the park? \n\nThe Design Team will present several interactive exercises intended to document high level community goals and aspirations for a master plan for Conway Street Park. Community members will share feedback through sticky notes on boards relative to events\, programming\, daily park use needs\, spatial layout\, infrastructure\, storm-water management\, sustainability\, maintenance\, etc.\nA sticky dot visioning exercise will be utilized to solicit more focused input on potential design elements for the North Plaza project site. Community members will be asked to vote on precedent imagery featuring different types of site amenities and furnishings (related to shade elements\, seating\, and equipment that would support events and programming)\, hardscape such as paving and site walls\, and planting.\nThis feedback will inform the design team’s development of the master plan and North Plaza Concept Design.\n\nThis meeting will be held on the second floor of Pickles Pub.
