DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to seek public comments and input regarding SBGP board member nominations and appointments. In February 2019\, the SBGP Board of Directors voted in favor of a resolution to exercise its right under § 19-6(D)(4)(II) of the Baltimore City Code and to select its Board members directly without regard to whether they serve on the Local Development Council. As a result of that vote\, the SBGP Governance and Nominating Committee is developing a formal process for identifying\, reviewing\, nominating\, and appointing board members. \n  \nWe are seeking input from community members as the Governance and Nominating Committee develops that process. \nWednesday\, July 17th\, 6:00 – 8:00 PM \nMedStar Harbor Hospital\, 3001 S.
