SUMMARY:Public Input Meeting - Carroll Park Recreation Center Renovation
DESCRIPTION:South Baltimore Gateway Partnership (SBGP)\, in partnership with Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks (BCRP)\, issued a competitive design-build request for proposals (RFP) for the renovation and expansion of Carroll Park Recreation Center in late 2021. SBGP and BCRP are thrilled to announce that MCN Build and JRS Architects – as a team MCN|JRS – has been selected as the design-build team for this innovative project! \nTo best serve the community\, SBGP\, BCRP\, and MCN|JRS will host a community engagement meeting to facilitate community feedback. In this effort\, the team will inform the community about the early stages of design\, and residents will be able to respond openly to the concepts brought forward. This meeting will take place on Wednesday\, October 26th\, from 6:00 – 7:00pm at the Southwest Baltimore Charter School (1300 Herkimer St.\, Baltimore\, MD 21223) with a virtual option (via Zoom).
