DESCRIPTION:SBGP Nonprofit Boot Camp: Management & Evaluation\nNovember 30\, 2023 6:00-8:00PM (hybrid; in-person location City Garage\, 101 W. Dickman Street\, Baltimore\, MD 21230)\nIn-person meeting attendees are expected to be vaccinated. Masks are welcome but not required. On-site parking available\, ADA accessible bathrooms\, and first-floor meeting area.\n \nRegister here. \nEvaluation can be viewed as the ‘secret ingredient’ to engaging residents\, volunteers\, and donors. During this workshop participants will: \n· Explore program evaluation models that help your organization communicate its success\, challenges\, lessons learned\, and partnerships. \n· Assess existing approaches to outcome evaluation and effectiveness of current tools used within your organization. \n· Identify ways to highlight your organization’s work and improve data collection that is simplified within the nonprofit’s existing practices. \n· Each participating organization will be invited to schedule a follow-up technical consulting meeting to explore and support your organization’s evaluation strengths and areas of improvement. \nIf requesting accommodations for this meeting\, please reach out one week in advance to cemmanuelle@sbgpartnership.org.
